SPONSORS’ PRIVILEGES


Promotion for the sponsor in the media, throughout the period of the event(s) being sponsored.

Display of the sponsor’s logo on any literature or other material relating to the event, in advertisements in the press or online, and in all press releases concerning the sponsored event.

Promotion of sponsor in Concert Hall programmes

Display of sponsor’s logo on Concert Hall website, with reciprocal link to sponsor’s own website.

Free tickets (in Grand Tier and Zone One seats) made available to sponsor of a total value equivalent to 6% of total sponsorship.

Option to pre-purchase a limited number of tickets.

Option to stage reception attended by performers from the sponsored event. The venue (foyer) is made available free of charge, with full cleaning service, security etc.

Organization of corporate presentation, as part of the sponsor’s reception, featuring talks, screenings, etc. This presentation may be staged in the foyers of the Concert Hall (morning, midday or evening), and may be held on a different date from that of the reception, subject to agreement.

Option to arrange an advertising campaign to promote the sponsorship. The campaign may be designed in association with an advertising agency chosen by the sponsor, or independently, after the approval of the Concert Hall has been secured.

Priority in organization of lunches and dinners, with staff and customers (retail, private banking, etc.), and organization of presentations, to be staged in the superbly equipped and elegantly designed venues of the Concert Hall.

Ranking of sponsor as Major Benefactor, Benefactor or Donor – depending on the level of the sponsorship.

Posting of specially designed signs in the Concert Hall citing the name of the sponsor as a Major Benefactor (this service is only available for those offering sufficient sponsorship to be classed as Major Benefactors).

Reference to the sponsor in educational material relating to the sponsored event (where such material is to be produced).
