SCHUBERT CYCLE

The Schubert Cycle begins with a different kind of concert, in one sense more ‘authentic’. A programme comprising the variety and transitions which the music-loving public would have enjoyed in the time of Mozart, Beethoven and Schubert: hence the “Schubertian pieces”, with period instruments of the Armonia Atenea and an authentic Stodart piano from 1820.
