After last season’s sold-out success, Animal Farm by George Orwell returns to the Athens Concert Hall in a kid-friendly adaptation, complete with live music. Mr. Jones, the farm’s owner, loves power but loves money even more. To increase his earnings, he turns his farm into a circus.

Promising fame and admiration, he convinces the animals to perform songs, dances, and daring tricks. The rock-star turkeys, the cannon-shooting hen, and the mud-diving pigs quickly become the main attractions.

However, when the animals realize the truth, they rebel and drive away their boss. To keep the farm—their home—open, they must now create a new show. But who among them will be the best new leader? And what will they do when they can’t all agree?

Children learn about democracy, solidarity, empathy, the importance of dialogue, and rules as they make decisions with the actors, shaping the story’s outcome.
