Ergon Ensemble – Contemporary Music

Events intended to familiarize audiences with the sounds, performance techniques and notation systems of contemporary music, illustrated through the Ensemble’s exceptionally rich repertory of 20th and 21st century music. A series of events designed to appeal to composers, performers, arrangers, musicologists, students of music and music lovers in general.

– The use of percussion instruments in 20th century music (3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
– Contemporary percussion techniques (5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
