For the fifth consecutive year, Megaron the Athens Concert Hall brings music and culture to Northern Evia, with an enriched and more multi-faceted programme than ever, comprising 14 events — concerts, festivals and educational programmes — with free admission for the public.
From the very first moment of its presence in Northern Evia, the Athens Concert Hall has been committed to showcasing local artists, giving a stage to young creators from the region and strengthening its local artistic potential.
In the same spirit falls the participation of Eirini Anna Georgiou, a choreographer native to Limni, who returns to her hometown with her new work EVIA FM on September 18, to be presented at the Nautical Club of Limni. A solo contemporary dance piece combining movement and music, transforming a familiar space into a field of memory and personal narrative.
The programme is funded by the Ministry of Culture and carried out in collaboration with the Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna, in Mantoudi, Prokopi, Limni, Agia Anna and Rovies.
