A workshop-exhibition about Alexander Calder

A playful and creative workshop-exhibition offering children a chance to explore the work of this great twentieth-century artist.
Through manipulating coloured forms and everyday materials, and simple mechanical actions such as blowing, pushing and turning, young participants will explore the ideas of balance and movement, composition, drawing in space, solid and void, performance, and more.
Provision has been made for programs for individual visitors as well as group visits by schools.
