he 5th Athens International Children’s Film Festival coming in November as we have come to know and love it.
But it promises to be ‘something else’!
An incredible mosaic of heroes of every size, colour, genre and origin, from the streets of Athens to outer space, unfolds for another year the Athens International Children’s Film Festival , which this year completes its fifth anniversary. This year’s edition hosts 100 short and feature films from 34 countries that capture the reality and richness of the cultures of modern society. The heroes of the films, wherever they come from, whatever they look like, whatever life they lead, can inspire children and adolescents who are searching for their own identity.
This year’s film experiences include film workshops and films selected by student panels, and the return of live animation dubbing, a favourite with our audience.
