SPECIAL APPEARANCES

For the very first time in Greece, the composer’s nine magnificent works for piano and orchestra will be played on period instruments in a series of three concerts.
 
The Armonia Atenea, conducted by George Petrou, will be accompanied by leading Greek soloists on an authentic English pianoforte, made by Stodart in 1820.

– Piano Concerto no 5, opus 73 (“Emperor”)
