Efi Agrafioti, Giorgos Kontrafouris On the fringes of the classical and the jazz sound

Overview
Efi Agrafioti and Giorgos Kontrafouris have been collaborating for thirty-five years, presenting works for two pianos that combine the jazz and the classical sound with the broader musical expression of the 20th century, making always sure to also include Greek works in their programmes. Tonight, they present in Megaron works for two pianos by composers such as Piazzolla, Joplin, Brubeck and others, as well as the work that Vangelis composed especially for the two distinguished soloists.
