Ermonela Jaho – Charles Castronovo Opera Gala

Overview
On the occasion of the Maria Callas Year and the exhibition “Good night, I love you”.
Who would be better suited to honour the memory of the immortal diva Maria Callas than lyrical artists who today enjoy similar success and recognition in the international lyrical stage? Albanian soprano Ermonela Jaho is recognised for both her vocal and acting skills, is considered one of the greatest opera stars of our time and was awarded the title “Artist of the Year 2023”, while American tenor Charles Castronovo has been a star in the world’s most renowned lyrical theatres for years. Together with the acclaimed Greek soprano Vassiliki Karayanni, the three of them remind us of roles that Callas sung in an unforgettable way and of the irresistible charm of lyrical singing when at its highest level.
