The magical Christmas atmosphere becomes more festive with the music of Vienna! Decorated with flowers, Megaron’s stage will be ready to welcome once again the Athenian audience with authentic renderings of the melodies of the Strauss family composers, performed by the Johann Strauss Ensemble from Austria, led by its conductor Russell McGregor. In this year’s edition of the event that has now become a tradition for The Friends of Music Society, they will be joined on the stage by the soprano and Greek National Opera soloist Christina Poulitsi, whose bright voice and wonderful presence will offer us moments of unique musical pleasure.
