“Noir” Dimitris Kalantzis quartet
Overview
The films of an epoch, with mystery, detective, crime, passion, passion, darkness in general, many of them in black and white, hence the term noir, have a relationship with jazz so great that we could almost call it “associative”. This almost absolute relationship is explored by Dimitris Kalantzis’ quartet, through a moving selection of themes and films and carrying a long experience of very successful arrangements in the recent past.
