Isata Kanneh-Mason grew up in Nottingham, in a family described as “the world’s most talented family”, as she and her six younger brothers play the piano, violin and cello passionately and at an impressively high level. Isata has recently graduated from London’s Royal Academy of Music, has already embarked on a brilliant international career, is the recipient of the 2021 Leonard Bernstein Award and has made her first recording for Decca. Most importantly, however, she is a pianist of great sensitivity who breathes life into every single note that she plays.
