FAQ
Welcome to your personal page at Megaron the Athens Concert Hall
Here you can save the performances you want to see, set reminders, find all your tickets in one place and store them, look back at performances you’ve attended, and choose the type of events about which you’d like to be kept informed.
The system is currently in beta. If you have any queries, comments or suggestions, please email us at info@megaron.gr.

ΣΥΧΝΕΣ ΕΡΩΤΗΣΕΙΣ
I already have a profile. How do I log in?
If you already have an account for purchasing tickets, all you need to do is enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the relevant button.
If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one and take advantage of the features on offer.
What should I do if I change my email address?
You will need to create a new profile with your new email, which will not be linked to your previous one, as the system relies on the email address as its key identifier.
As a result, the data of your previous booking history and favourites will not be transferred.
What happens if I have created more than one account for buying tickets over time? Will I be able to access all of them?
The system recognises different email addresses as different users.
If it suits you to keep more than one account, you may do so, but each time you log in you will need to enter the specific email address you wish to use, and you will see different events in your favourites and tickets depending on which account the information was registered under.
We recommend choosing a single account and email address, so that all the information you’re interested in is gathered in one place.
Do I need to delete accounts I no longer use? How do I delete an account?
You can simply stop using them. If you would like an account deleted entirely, please email webmaster@megaron.gr with the email address(es) you wish to have deleted.
How do I add favourites?
Once logged in, you can view events at megaron.gr and add those you’re interested in to your favourites list by clicking the heart icon.
This allows you to come back later and purchase your tickets at a more convenient time.
You can also set a reminder in your calendar* to prompt you to buy tickets.
*The calendars connected to the platform and available for this service are Google, iOS (.ics) and Microsoft Outlook.
Is it possible to set reminders?
Yes, you can set a reminder both for purchasing tickets (from the FAVOURITES section) and for attending the event (from the BOOKINGS section) in the calendar* you use.
*The calendars connected to the platform and available for this service are Google, iPhone (.ics) and Microsoft Outlook.
What can I see in the BOOKINGS section?
In the BOOKINGS section you can see upcoming events, as well as all previous ones for which you have purchased a ticket. You can also access and download your ticket at any time, either as a .pdf or to your Android or iOS wallet.
How does the PREFERENCES section work?
The PREFERENCES section allows you to select the types of events that interest you most. By selecting your preferences, you will see events of that type listed first, and will periodically receive updates about them.
It is not necessary to fill in your preferences if you would like to be informed about all events taking place at Megaron the Athens Concert Hall.
Does the system store my payment method?
No, the system does NOT store payment details, card numbers, etc. It stores ONLY the information you have entered into your profile. Your email address is required to log into the system, as is your mobile number, so that you can receive prompt notifications of any last-minute changes.
