Animegaron 2024-25: Yannis Krideras – Second Distinction (Greece)
Yannis Krideras is a composer, music teacher, author of music books, and director, with an active presence in music education, composition, and cultural production. He teaches advanced theory, folk and traditional music instruments, and music technology. Many of his students have been accepted into higher music education programs. He has won awards in national competitions, has written music education works that have been widely accepted by the educational community, and has released three personal albums. He has directed documentaries focusing on artists and is actively involved in artistic organizations and committees. He is an active musician and has been teaching music for ten years in secondary and primary education.
Ο Γιάννης Κριδεράς είναι συνθέτης, μουσικός παιδαγωγός, συγγραφέας μουσικών βιβλίων και σκηνοθέτης, με ενεργή παρουσία στη μουσική εκπαίδευση, τη σύνθεση και την πολιτιστική παραγωγή. Διδάσκει ανώτερα θεωρητικά, όργανα της λαϊκής και παραδοσιακής μουσικής, καθώς και μουσική τεχνολογία. Πολλοί μαθητές του έχουν εισαχθεί στην τριτοβάθμια μουσική εκπαίδευση. Βραβευμένος σε πανελλήνιους διαγωνισμούς, έχει συγγράψει μουσικοεκπαιδευτικά έργα με ευρεία αποδοχή από την εκπαιδευτική κοινότητα και έχει κυκλοφορήσει τρεις προσωπικούς δίσκους. Έχει σκηνοθετήσει ντοκιμαντέρ για τη ζωή καλλιτεχνών και συμμετέχει ενεργά σε καλλιτεχνικούς φορείς και επιτροπές. Είναι ενεργός μουσικός και διδάσκει επί δέκα έτη στη δευτεροβάθμια και πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση ως καθηγητής μουσικής.
