Overview

The Friends of Music Society, whose tireless efforts over the last decades have made possible, among many other things, the creation of Megaron the Athens Concert Hall, celebrates the 70th anniversary of its foundation. In this celebratory concert, renowned Finnish maestro Hannu Lintu takes the podium to lead the ASO in an inspired interpretation of Beethoven’s grandiose Heroic Symphony. Joining him is up-and-coming violinist Daniel Lozakovich, who will perform Sibelius’ masterly Violin Concerto.
