Three soloists active in Greek music, Natalia Geraki, Sissy Makropoulou and Titos Gouvelis, present a programme that explores the relationship between the great pioneer of French music Claude Debussy and his predecessors and successors at the turn of the 19th century (fin de siècle) in Paris. The concert programme follows and reveals the transition from Romanticism to Impressionism in France, all the nuances of musical creativity of an era of restless, daring, suspended between a glorious past and a future that seemed open to many different visions. The actor Giorgos Karamichos narrates texts by Natalia Geraki, interspersed between the works, describing the era and the relationships between the composers.
