A true piano legend, the Israeli-American Yefim Bronfman, is competing, as he has done several times in his great and triumphing career, with the “peak” of piano concerts, famous Rachmaninoff’s Concerto no. 3. His, mature and lasting aesthetic experience is completed by the vitality and the vision of a young, talented conductor, Dionysis Grammenos, thus producing an unforgettable result. Subsequently, tension is prolonged and expanded by Béla Bartók’s famous Concerto for Orchestra; beyond any doubt, one of the most brilliant symphonic works of the 20th century.
