The magical atmosphere of Christmas is dressed in the melodies of Vienna! The flower-adorned stage of the Megaron welcomes Athenian audiences to a dazzling celebration, featuring the beloved melodies of the Strauss family, performed by the authentic Viennese orchestra Johann Strauss Ensemble, under the direction of the charismatic conductor Russell McGregor. The event, now an established festive Christmas tradition for the Friends of Music, features the distinguished soprano Christina Poulitsi, who has earned acclaim on major lyric stages abroad. A special evening full of glamour, elegance and the timeless charm of the Viennese waltz.
